By selecting conditions with identical key fields a group of conditions can modified simultaneously by a user to meet contract specifications. Conditions can be adjusted interactively. Conditions contain menus for labor, specific craft trades, and hourly rates; and material costs for the specific products. The master database can include "Smart Rates" that automatically adjust installation methods slower or faster to match the assigned height of the condition. The Edge has standard reports and custom reports for detailed labor, materials and total prices with breakdowns by zones or groups of conditions.
