Intergrated with the measurement software, the Edge system prices contract proposals based on labor types, material specifications, overhead and mark up. By selecting conditions with identical key fields groups of conditons can modified simultaeously by user to meet contract specifications. Items can be adjusted interactively. Items contain menus fpr labor in regional markets, specific craft trades, and hourly rates; and material costs for the specific product(s)or mixture of products. The masterdata base can include "Smart Rates" that automatically adjust installation methods to match the assigned height of the condition. The Edge has Standard reports and custome reports for equipment, subcontractors, other items and reports of detailed labor, materials and total prices with breakdowns by groups.
